Description:
Clifton Goodenough checks out a large branch that broke off a tree in his front yard on the corner of Isaac and Railroad streets in downtown Stephenson Aug. 13. The damage occurred during a late after-noon storm that blew through the area. The storm dumped over an inch of rain in Stephenson. There was some hail and wind gusts during the brief storm which also caused power outages in the area for a couple of hours.
