Description:
Thirteen 4-person teams run a lap at the Herbert Corey Track and Field facility to kick off the start of the Barb Palzewic Hope Memorial Relay and Festival June 5. The annual event, which raises funds to help local cancer patients, was considered a big success according to organizers. Besides the running events there were walking events, silent auction, bucket raffles, bake sale, food and music offered throughout the day.
