Leonard Yoap, auctioneer for the Annual Stephenson FFA Alumni and high school chapter's consignment auction, picked up a bid from the back of the crowd on May 5. The two groups have worked together for 15 years to sponsor the auction. This year's beautiful weather helped insure a good crowd and 350 bidders. Funds raised through the auction help the alumni sponsor agriculture education, agriculture and natural resources events in the county.
